I was Born and raised in Guatemala City, went to The University of San Carlos in the same country and I graduated on 1997 obtaining an Accountant Degree. I went to Berkeley Adult High School and Validated my education, graduating from High School later on the same year, I started working in customer service and since then I've been training myself in customers satisfaction, I'm so pleased to say that I have more than 18 years of experience working with clients in different areas of the amazing Sales profession.
